excellent hotel stay!
excellent location amazing view excellent breakfast
The location was excellent. I found it very convenient for exploring the area (everything was close!). the rooftop spa offered amazing views. I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day. breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from.
The fan in my room could have been more effective. I felt a little warm at times (especially during the day).

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
central location rooftop spa excellent breakfast
I loved the central location. It was right off the downtown area! The rooftop spa was beautiful and provided amazing views. Breakfast was excellent. There was a great variety of foods. I was welcomed and helped from the minute I arrived!
The wifi was not really functioning. There was a network, but I couldn't get it in my room.

The staff was amazing. They were really good too. They made my husband's birthday very special, and I really appreciated their kindness. I will certainly return because of the team there.

The breakfast buffet was copious and offered a great variety. I found the quality very high. The charming bar and lounge area created a relaxed and enjoyable place for evening drinks. I savored pastries each morning.

The room had lovely Alpine touches and was always kept very clean! I enjoyed the nice bathrobe and slippers offered. The bed was large and comfortable, with good pillows, which I appreciated.

mont blanc view rooftop spa convenient parking
i received an upgrade to a room that had a mont blanc view with a balcony. the rooftop spa offered lovely views of mont blanc and the surrounding mountains. the underground garage parking was quite convenient.
some things were constantly forgotten during room cleaning, such as refilling the coffee service.

the hotel offers a central location with many restaurants within an easy walk. it is close to the brevent ski lift, a short two minute drive, very convenient. parking is available there at a rate of €2 per hour.

the breakfast service offered a delicious start to the day. the restaurant had limited vegetarian options, so be aware if you have dietary requirements. the hotel is located near many restaurants that are within walking distance.

the staff was helpful and accommodating. the front of house manager assisted with rescheduling when i arrived early. i felt super comfortable and received a warm welcome from everyone. i found them to be friendly and efficient.

a surprising alpine getaway
great cleanliness fine views
i was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the room. there were lovely alpine touches throughout the hotel. the rooftop spa was also great. it was always clean and the staff proved very helpful. the views of the mountains from the bedroom were fine.

the staff stored my bag while i hiked. they printed my train tickets for me, i was grateful. my room was nice.
